Our Westville is a replica of a home sold by mail order catalogue at the turn of the century; we spotted this one in the little hamlet of Westville, New York. Designed in the style of "Carpenter Gothic", the house features long pointed gables with elaborate decorative trim around the porch, balconies, and roof. There are four large rooms and a spacious attic, as well as two bay windows and two balconies. We've included shingles and clapboard siding to fully capture the look of that "little house by the side of the road "for your trip down memory lane.
The all-wood dollhouse goes together with tab and slot construction that requires only glue to complete assembly. Shingles and siding are included. Unpainted and unfinished, you can decorate, paint, wallpaper, and furnish this heirloom-to-be with your own personal taste and style.
